Where the transfer of your personal data abroad is concerned, such transfer operations are carried out in accordance with the conditions set forth in the KVKK and the relevant legislation.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject
Within the scope of KVKK's Article 11, as personal data subjects you have the following rights:

To request information if your personal data have been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the rectification of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions provided under the KVKK,
To request that the operations of rectification, erasure or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Right to Apply
In order to exercise the rights stated above, you may apply to our Company within the scope of KVKK's Article 13.
You may submit your applications to our Company, in accordance with the application procedures set out in the KVKK and the relevant legislation;
